For the last 18 months the Innovation Labs website at www.innovationlabs.org.uk has been churning out useful content on how to build apps and digital services for social good. Its been helped by the Lablet monthly email bulletin.

In April 2015 the site's funding will run out and the Labs initiative will come to its final end.

That's where you come in. If we can understand how the site and Lablet have helped you (or not), and what other help you might need then we can try and design it into future resources and funding programmes that come out of our funders.

The survey will ask you 5 questions about the Lablet and the Labs website, and 4 about you. Please answer any that apply. When you're done leave your email address and at the end of September we'll draw a £50 winner.
